Welcome to the Melashenko Family Singers home front!
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Melashenko Family Singers. The family began singing together in a little Russian-speaking church on the farm lands of Saskatchewan, Canada. Even at a very young age, the 5 boys, (Lonnie, Joedy, Dallas, Eugene and Rudy) were harmonizing with their parents (Joe and Anne). Now, there are 4 generations of singers in the family.
The 2-hour musical DVD, "God's Leading Through the Generations" shares many insights into the family's heritage. This DVD was shot on location in Saskatchewan, during a family reunion/concert tour.
The family continues to share their music ministry throughout the US and Canada.
Joedy Melashenko is the Executive Producer for all of the Melashenko Music Ministries musical products. The family has produced 9 musical CDs and 3 musical DVDs during the past several years. These musical products have been appreciated all around the world. Recently, Joedy & Judy returned from the Philippines and were delighted to know that the Melashenko Family's music ministry has been appreciated and loved by thousands in that beautiful country.
During the next 12 months, the family will be appearing at camp meetings, convocations, local church events, and even several cruises. (see SCHEDULE page for more info).

A wedding in the family!
The Melashenko Family gathered together on August 5 for a special event at Lake Junaluska in North Carolina as Matt Melashenko was married to Cindy Holbrook. It was a beautiful day as the couple was dressed in their Camelot "Cinderella" costumes. Wedding pictures will soon be posted on the website.
The couple is making their home in Sylva, North Carolina, while Matt finishes his final year of study at WCU, pursuing a degree in middle school education.
JOE AND ANNE MELASHENKO UPDATE!
Each week, we receive MANY inquiries about Joe and Anne, the matriarch and patriarch of the family! This year, they celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary. They are still living in their little home in Paradise, California. However, we have had to hire a lady to come in to do cooking and cleaning for them.
They have both been hospitalized several times during the past couple years, but we are grateful that they are still with us. Due to their health challenges, they are not able to do any concerts that require lengthy travel or flights. We do a couple community concerts each year that are close by to their home.
