Given You a Choice

GIVEN YOU A CHOICE
Joshua 24:15; Revelation 12:7-9

God made the angels and gave them all names
He made the planets and then they played games
Though most of the angels seemed to go with God's plan
One of the angels simply wasn't Jesus' fan
So he started a riot up in heaven long ago
He tried to cause trouble; put on a big show
So why did God make that evil angel anyway?
Well, He wanted to show what having choice would do someday

He's given you a choice, He's given you a choice
He knows just what you'll do, but He's given you a choice
He's given you a choice, He's given you a choice
His love won't hold you back, so He's given you a choice

Making this world, it took only six days
We were made in His image to give Him back praise
But somewhere along, we messed up His first plan
So what could be done about the choice of fallen man?
Well, God sent His Son down to pay the perfect price
He laid down His life, a sinless sacrifice
And when I look back upon His loud, forgiving voice
I discover my life is a result of His choice

Sometimes in life we tend to take the wrong road
We fall in the darkness and feel pressed by the load
But when we look back and see how faithful God has been
We realize our choices make us perfect for Him.
